A six- week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, and motivational training -packed with fun and energizingactivitiesdesigned to help youreach your fitness goals.

Who can participate? This program is not recommended for people with debilitating injuries or heart conditions or those who are pregnant.  People must have a certain degree of physical fitness.  Instructors will be available at registration to answer any questions or concerns regarding the program and your ability to participate.  Medical form and waiver will be filled out prior to attending the camp and evaluated by instructors.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, flexibility training, pilates, sport drills, and more!  Routines change weekly!!!  You will be constantly challenged to help you reach your fitness goals!

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (3, 5 or 8lbs), water bottle, towel and running shoes.

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better.
